In 2025 I was approached by Chad Mann projects to help explore, concept and develop the final creative direction, colours, type and graphic brand elements for Dayo23.

The identity for DAYO23 is forged from the soul of the city—gritty, loud, and full of heart. Typography takes cues from hand-painted jeepney signage, rusted street plaques, and weathered cement walls, capturing the layered chaos of Manila’s urban texture. The mixed typographic approach plays both into the layered visual landscspe of the philipines, while represeting the idea that each of the dayo (visitor) are bringing with them a piece of their home courts style and personality. This is Dayo23 — where every court is home court.
