Baix is a neighbourhood fine dining restaurant and wine bar located in the heart of the affluent Bayside suburb of Brighton. Founded by renowned chef Ian Curley, then venue adn name were inspired by the Baix region in the South of France. The marque was design to speak to the venues focus on food and wine, a combination of dinner plate and wine bottles. The restaurant, wine bar and private dining room all received unique marks, typefaces and colours to help identify the different sections with the establishment. Baix opened to nation wide praise and was featured in numerous best of year lists.
