81 Bay is a neighbourhood wine bar located in the heart of affluent bayside suburb of Brighton. The sister site to Baix, 81 Bay was founded by renowned chef Ian Curley and features an incredibly curated selection of local and international wines and spirits. The monogram and brandmark were inspired by Ian’s love of fine timepieces and wine glass imprints. 81 Bay was recently featured on Broadsheet, The Age Good Food Guide, The Weekend Magazine amongst others.
